SOUTH TAMPA BARS

The Lodge is a ski lodge themed restaurant, with the color red everywhere. At night the restaurant takes a back seat to the bar, which is too small for the amount of patrons that want drinks. The wait staff and bartenders are very friendly and are some of the most attractive in south Tampa, at anyone time there can be up to 3 bars tenders and 2 bar backs behind the 15 stooled main bar. On the weekends, the use of a satellite portable bar is used on the outside, but has no where near the selection or atmosphere of the inside bar. The lodge has a huge assortment of the most popular and up to date liquors. The beer selection on tap is about 10 beers anywhere from coorslight to chimay. They also carry a wide variety of bottled beers in their cooler. The crowd that is attracted to the lodge is typically younger, early 20s. There is a resident DJ, and sometimes a special guest DJ from time to time. Sometimes the Lodge charges a cover for guys at the door but it is typically during a UFC event shown on over 10 TVs throughout the bar.
